Our Licensed Locksmiths

Our locksmith technicians are constantly being educated about new products and service techniques. All of our technicians are carefully screened, individually licensed, bonded and insured. A criminal history check is made on all applicants through the completion of a Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Live Scan.

Not only are we members of the Security Locksmith Association or SLA, but our very own Anthony Sloat is the standing president for the association. Academy Locksmith is currently hosting educational seminars at our corporate office in Anaheim for SLA. The educational seminars are on the first Tuesday of every month. Please like us on Facebook for information on upcoming events.

Associated Locksmiths of America

We are proud members of the Associated Locksmiths of America or ALOA for short. We regularly have our technicians and even our very own staff attend ALOA conventions and educational training classes.

Safe and Vault Technician Association

Safe and Vault Technician Association or SAVTA is another organizations that Academy Locksmith is a member of. SAVTA is an organization that services safe and vault technicians world wide. This organization helps us and other safe technicians stay educated and offer technical knowledge when needed.

In Case There’s a Next Time.

We hope we met your standards and completed your work request to your satisfaction. We take pride in being a reputable locksmith. Please keep our company’s name and contact information in your wallet and address book at home or at work. You also may want to program this information into your home and mobile phones. This can save you time and trouble the next time you need locksmith services.

What is a locksmith?

A locksmith operates a business that installs, repairs, opens or modifies locks, or that originates keys for locks. (An individual who simply duplicates existing keys is not considered a locksmith.)

Consumer Alert

Please take a moment and look at the video below to see what you are up against when trying to choose a security company. These are the people you are going to trust with the keys to your home or car. When choosing a security company, I cannot stress how important it is to only work with licensed security companies and licensed locksmiths.
